Many people love to spend a day out at Zilker Metropolitan Park, a recreational area in south Austin. It is known as the jewel in the heart of Austin. You can run, ride a bike/scooter, kick a ball, yoga or have a picnic in this big open space. There’s also a large children’s playground and a natural spring-fed swimming pool.
